There are thousands of brave Americans in our military fighting for liberty, freedom and democracy here and abroad. A vast majority of them are overseas, fighting for their lives and the lives of their brothers-in-arms. In the past, they were given ticker tape parades. Today, there’s nary a word of recognition uttered in the national media or in their home newspapers. Sadly, they aren’t getting the recognition they deserve for having the world’s most dangerous job. But that can change.
